Civil servants and contract staff can apply. No competitive exam is needed, because the post is open at entry-level grades of category C: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd or 1st class.

The profile they look for:
- Basic knowledge of electrical work, plumbing and small building maintenance.
- Experience in maintaining public spaces or similar buildings.
- Good office software skills and good writing skills.
- Sense of public service, rigour and team spirit.
- Ability to cope with tense situations.
- Likes outdoor work and manages priorities well.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
