Civil servants (internal transfer) and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Professional bac or CAP/BEP in a technical field
Experience: Experienced in building maintenance and upkeep
The profile they look for:
- Technical knowledge of building maintenance and upkeep.
- Multi-skilled and able to work on its own.
- Organised, careful and quick to react, including in emergencies.
- Good practical sense and ability to adapt.
- Good people skills and team spirit.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
