Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. The post is open at the Adjoint technique grade, an entry grade in category C that allows direct hiring without a competition.

The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of building maintenance.
- Routine plumbing, painting and small carpentry skills.
- Knowledge of building electrics, locksmithing and small masonry.
- Able to diagnose a simple fault and use tools.
- Sense of public service and good people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
