Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can apply, as the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Driving licence B required for frequent trips.
- Electrical authorisation (habilitation électrique) is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety rules for public buildings (ERP).
- Good at teamwork and getting on with people.
- Independent, rigorous, organised and meticulous.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
