Open to civil servants and contract workers. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Experience: Not stated. Some first experience is ideally preferred.
The profile they look for:
- Versatility and interest in fieldwork.
- Some first experience in technical jobs preferred, ideally.
- DIY skills and experience in several trades are a plus.
- Able to work in a team and to work alone on assigned tasks.
- Rigour, punctuality and respect for safety rules.
- Good physical fitness needed for outdoor work.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website with an up-to-date CV and a handwritten cover letter. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence B is essential.
- Remote work is not possible.
- If the commune does not reply within six weeks, the application is considered unsuccessful.
