Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can apply, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting and masonry
- Able to mow, trim hedges and weed
- Find the cause of a fault and make simple repairs
- Follow health and safety rules
- Driving licence B, often required for travel
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
