Civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a public service competition can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted.
The profile they look for:
- Organise your work around residents' daily life.
- Use suitable products and equipment.
- React quickly and well in an emergency.
- Follow good care practices (bientraitance charter).
- Be physically fit and available.
- Use computer tools, including the job software.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Day shift job.
- Weekends and public holidays possible on an occasional basis.
- Remote work not possible.
