Open to territorial civil servants and contract agents. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. Disabled workers may also apply by contract.

The profile they look for:
- Basic technical skills in electricity, plumbing or building.
- Skilled in operating mowers and powered tools.
- Driving licence B required, CACES R482 A and E required.
- Good organisation, versatility, rigour and autonomy.
- Good physical fitness for outdoor work and carrying loads.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 16 (Closes in 17 days)
Apply on the employer's website. You can also send your CV and cover letter to the town hall by post.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible.
- Driving licence B required.
- Winter on-call duty for gritting and snow clearing.
