Civil servants and contract staff can apply, for the adjoint technique grades. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of green spaces, carpentry, locksmith work, painting and roads
- Knowledge of drainage and waste management
- Ability to drive vehicles safely
- Ability to manage a stock and plan your work
- Respect for hierarchy and teamwork
- Driving licence category B essential
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
