Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A contract agent can be hired directly, without a competitive exam.

The profile they look for:
- Ability to work alone, sometimes in a small team.
- High availability.
- Accept irregular or shifted working hours.
- Travel constantly between work sites.
- Be in contact with elected officials and the public.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 9 (Closes in 10 days)
Apply on the employer's website, reachable from the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. You must present yourself to the Mayor at the Léoncel town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible.
- Hours can be irregular or shifted.
- Very seasonal activity, with peaks linked to the weather.
- Constant travel between work sites.
