Civil servants in the adjoint technique grade can apply, and contract staff if no civil servant is found. Direct recruitment without a competitive exam is possible because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Follow basic hygiene and safety rules
- Support children in their daily learning
- Master the use of plant protection products
- Listen well and handle conflicts
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter to the town hall by post or email.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
