Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A competitive exam is not needed, because the entry grade allows direct hiring.

- Knowledge of food hygiene in collective catering.
- Knowledge of the HACCP method is desired.
- Able to work on your own in daily tasks.
- Available and multi-skilled.
- Good team player.
- Follows hygiene and safety rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
