Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. The open grade is adjoint technique (category C), with direct hiring possible without a competitive exam.

The profile they look for:
- Know eco-responsible building maintenance procedures.
- Know the basics of public building safety rules (ERP).
- Apply second-fix building techniques.
- Read plans and technical drawings.
- Apply health and safety rules.
- Work well in a team, with care and good organisation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
