Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly at the adjoint technique grade (category C).
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced candidates sought.
The profile they look for:
- Solid general knowledge of building maintenance.
- Proven technical skills in plumbing.
- Knowledge of heating and electrical work.
- Driving licence (category B) required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Permanent full-time post.
- Hours: 8:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 8:30 to 15:45 on Friday.
- Remote work not possible.
- Possible contribution to a health insurance plan and 75% of public transport passes.
