Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The open grades are adjoint technique and technicien. No competitive exam is needed for this entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Teamwork, in pairs in winter.
- Tractor driving.
- 25-metre swimming certificate required.
- Driving licence category B required.
- Able to do physical outdoor work.
- Mechanical skills would be an advantage.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, from the offer page. You can also send your cover letter and CV by post to the president of the syndicate.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
