Civil servants and people who are not civil servants can apply. Hiring is done without a competition, at category C grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 1st or 2nd class.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Technical knowledge of several building trades
- Basic knowledge of ERP rules and the Labour Code
- Knowledge of health and safety rules
- Team spirit, autonomy and initiative
- Available and quick to respond to service needs
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working time: 37h30 per week, Monday to Friday
- 25 days of paid leave and 15 days of RTT
- Meal vouchers up to 153 € per month, 60% paid by the city
- Year-end bonus and public transport contribution of 75%
