Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: BEP level
Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- BEP level required.
- Driving licence B required.
- Able to diagnose and check equipment.
- Able to read plans and technical drawings.
- Works on their own and reacts quickly to emergencies.
- Electrical authorisation B0 required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Some weekends and public holidays for events.
- On-call duty for about one week every two months.
- Winter on-call duty.
- Weekly working time: 37 hours, with 25 days of annual leave and 14 days of RTT.
