Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP in a technical trade (joinery, metalwork, electrics, plumbing, heating)
Experience: Confirmed level; first experience in the building field

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
