Diploma: Bac to bac+2 in chemistry, earth sciences or equivalent
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Diploma at bac to bac+2 level in chemistry, earth sciences or equivalent
- Read and set up an experimental device following teachers' instructions
- Find the cause of a fault and fix it
- Apply health and safety rules, especially chemical and electrical risks
- Know common equipment and chemical products and their safety precautions
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
