The profile they look for:
- Driving licence B required; BE trailer licence would be a plus.
- Use of brush cutters and small maintenance tools.
- Ability to work in a team and in pairs.
- Good physical fitness, rigour and autonomy.
- Good map reading and knowledge of the area.
- Pass on field information and write work reports.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence B required. Travel across the whole area with work vehicles.
- Outdoor work in the mountains, sometimes full days in the field.
- No remote work. Working hours can change with the weather. Post to be filled as soon as possible.
