Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly for this entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced level stated; first experience in water and sanitation.
The profile they look for:
- First experience in water and sanitation work.
- Able to diagnose a fault and work on your own.
- Comfortable monitoring treatment plants and related equipment.
- Rigorous and responsive, with a sense of responsibility.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website. You can also send your CV and cover letter by post to the President.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
