Civil servants in the adjoints techniques territoriaux job groups can apply, and so can contract staff. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Diploma and/or proven experience in the field
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of HACCP food hygiene and safety rules
- Mastery of basic cooking techniques
- Knowledge of Réunion cuisine
- Knowledge of the cold chain
- Teamwork and respect for schedules
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
