Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of gerontology and Alzheimer's disease
- Knowledge of hygiene, HACCP and RABC standards
- Ability to manage behavioural disorders
- Follow handling techniques for dependent residents
- Teamwork, with written and oral handovers
- Patience, listening skills, rigour and confidentiality
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
