Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the post is open to entry-level category C grades. Disabled workers can also be hired on a contract.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of gerontology and Alzheimer's disease
- Knowledge of hygiene, ergonomics and HACCP standards
- Ability to observe residents' needs and behaviour changes
- Ability to apply safe handling techniques for dependent residents
- Rigour, patience and good teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
