Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Diploma in the field and/or proven experience
The profile they look for:
- Diploma in the field and/or proven experience.
- Driving licence B and a vehicle to be assigned to schools in the area.
- Knowledge of Réunion cuisine.
- Knowledge of basic hygiene rules and the HACCP approach.
- Able to work in a team and respect schedules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
