Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the adjoint administratif grade is an entry grade in category C.

- Customer service mindset and excellent people skills.
- Kindness, rigour and enjoyment of face-to-face contact.
- Ability to use computer and payment tools.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
