Civil servants and contract staff can apply. People who did not pass a civil service competition can apply, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply by contract.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in plumbing or building technical maintenance, or bac pro heating installer
Experience: First significant experience in the field
The profile they look for:
- Plumbing or building maintenance diploma (CAP, BEP or bac pro)
- First significant experience in the field
- Solid plumbing knowledge and the tools needed
- Good customer service and ability to diagnose faults
- Driving licence B required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- Low-voltage electrical certification ideally held
