Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this entry-level category C grade.

The profile they look for:
- Be autonomous, responsive and well organised.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- BS electrical authorisation required.
- Know the basic techniques of building trades.
- Know safety rules and safe lifting techniques.
- Confirmed experience in wheeled excavator driving and masonry.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
