The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina (standing, lifting loads).
- Rigour, responsiveness and versatility.
- Sense of service, especially in a school setting.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time: 27.82% from 31 December to 31 August 2027, or 45.3% for a full year.
- Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 11:00 to 16:30.
- No remote work possible.
- Possible replacement shifts on Wednesdays and during school holidays.
