Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures for premises.
- Organisation skills and teamwork.
- Good listening skills and good relationships with others.
- Ability to meet the basic needs of children.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Annualised hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7:30-16:00 or 10:30-19:00; Wednesday and holidays 8:00-14:30.
- No management role. No remote work.
- Two half-yearly bonuses and a bonus scheme, subject to conditions.
