Diploma: CAP, BEP or pro bac in cooking or catering, or equivalent experience
Experience: Experienced; at least 5 years in a similar job in institutional catering (if no diploma)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene rules
- Experience preparing food in large quantities
- Good organisation, rigour and courtesy
- Able to work in a team, sometimes under pressure
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
