The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of all building trades and public buildings (ERP).
- Knowledge of fire safety and accessibility rules.
- Knowledge of safe lifting and handling techniques.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules.
- Aerial platform (PEMP nacelle) and electrical authorisation strongly preferred.
- Public service mindset, rigour, autonomy and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your cover letter and CV by email to the town's human resources department, at the address given in the offer. You can also apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- On-call technical duty and occasional work outside normal hours for events.
- Driving licence (category B) required. No remote work possible.
- 38 hours per week, 25 days of paid leave and 18 RTT days off.
- Benefits: meal vouchers, public transport contribution, sustainable mobility allowance up to 300 € gross.
