Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 2nd class and 1st class. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of horticultural techniques and natural pest control.
- Knowledge of safety rules for tools, machinery, greenhouses and products.
- Use of small horticultural and green spaces equipment.
- Teamwork, organisation and ability to work on your own.
- Motivation to work with plants and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
