Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experience in cleaning or catering in a public body or community catering is preferred.
The profile they look for:
- Know cleaning methods and hygiene and safety rules.
- Know food hygiene rules and be aware of HACCP standards.
- Be able to use industrial cleaning machines.
- Work well in a team and be punctual.
- Fit well in a school setting: good listening, discretion, adaptability.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
