- Level 4 diploma (bac) required.
- Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene rules in collective catering is a plus.
- Good organisation, vigilance and working method.
- Good people skills, calm and teaching ability with children.
- Able to work in a team and react in emergencies.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
