Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly at the adjoint technique grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of microbiology and hygiene rules
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures and self-checks
- Basic cooking techniques
- Rigour, speed and good organisation
- Good people skills and availability
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
