4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working time of 41 hours per week, with fixed hours during and outside school terms.
- Physical work outdoors. Uniform and protective equipment are provided by the administration.
- Leave must be taken during school holidays.
- Interview panel planned for Tuesday 1 December in the morning, subject to change.
