Civil servants and contract agents can apply. For contract agents, the job is open by exception, when no civil servant application has succeeded.

- Knowledge of driving heavy vehicles
- Knowledge of safety rules for the job
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Able to work with the public, in a team and on your own
- Category C driving licence required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
