Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the adjoint technique grades for teaching establishments. A person who did not pass a competitive exam can be hired.

Diploma: CAP or equivalent catering qualification (for contract staff hiring)
Experience: Catering experience, required for contract staff

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
