Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: CAP Petite enfance (early childhood care)
Experience: Confirmed experience with children
The profile they look for:
- Confirmed experience with children.
- Good knowledge of hygiene rules for school catering.
- Good listening skills and good relations with children, staff, parents and elected officials.
- Versatility and adaptability.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 13 (Closes in 15 days)
Apply on the employer's website, through the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. Applications can also be sent by post to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
