Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced. Experience in a local authority technical department would be appreciated.

- Category B and BE driving licences required.
- CACES certificates required for assigned tasks.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
