Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

- Know hygiene, cleanliness and safety rules
- Know how to use cleaning machines and products
- Be able to report on your work
- Have a sense of public service and initiative
- Be physically fit
- Driving licence for light vehicles (permis VL) required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Good physical fitness required
- Wearing the personal protective equipment (PPE) for the job is required
