Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the adjoint technique and adjoint technique principal grades; direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Varied technical knowledge (landscaping, interior fittings, mechanics, repairs).
- Team spirit.
- Ability to plan and schedule a workload.
- Ability to set priorities.
- Driving licence category B required; other licences valued.
- Electrical authorisations valued.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working hours: 35 h per week from 1 September to 30 April, 40 h from 1 May to 31 August.
- Driving licence category B required.
- Remote work not possible.
