Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. A contract worker can be recruited if no civil servant has applied.

- Know how to organise your time.
- Be efficient and conscientious.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Have a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C job, with no staff management.
- Position vacant from 1 January 2027.
- A handwritten cover letter is required.
