Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade (category C) is an entry grade.

Experience: Confirmed experience
The profile they look for:
- Experience in several building trades and public space and road maintenance.
- Multi-skilled, independent, and works well in a team.
- Driving licence B and R482 categories A and B1.
- Spot faults in a structure, equipment or machine.
- Careful use of equipment and respect for health and safety rules.
- Discreet with users and supportive within the team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
