Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Technical training preferred
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of the territorial civil service rules.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules at work.
- Ability to read and understand a plan.
- Ability to use tools and equipment, and maintain them.
- Good skills in Word, Excel and email.
- Organisation, rigour, reactivity and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Full-time job, remote work is not possible.
- Post vacant from 01/01/2027.
- Duty of discretion is required.
- Category C post, in a rural authority of 19 communes.
