Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Carry out first-level maintenance.
- Know how to use cleaning equipment and hygiene products.
- Work in a team and report problems.
- Follow hygiene and safety rules.
- Public service mindset, availability and good people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Shifted hours, possible weekend work.
- Driving licence (category B) required; electrical, gas and fire safety certifications required.
- Seasonal work at the campsite from April to September; titular cash handler for the campsite.
- Pay includes salary scale pay, IFSE allowance, attendance bonus, health and provident insurance contribution, CNAS.
