Civil servants in the adjoint technique grades can apply, and so can contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
