Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade (adjoint technique, category C) allows it.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: January 1 (Closes in 63 days)
Apply on the employer's website, using the button on the official offer. You can also send your letter and CV by post to the Caisse des écoles.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Job vacant from 1 September 2026.
- Two deadlines appear: 1 January 2027 on the listing, and 30 September 2026 in the text. Check with the employer.
- Open grade: adjoint technique, category C.
