Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can apply, because the entry grade in category C allows direct hiring.

The profile they look for:
- Know cleaning, hygiene and safety rules.
- Know HACCP standards and apply the protocols.
- Keep cooked food at the right temperature.
- Know how children develop physically and psychologically.
- Be able to run games and activities.
- Show discretion, listening skills and conflict management.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
